DailyWell (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Personal information you provide: your first name, email address, and answers to the sleep quiz. This information is used exclusively to build and deliver your personalized sleep protocol.
Payment information: all payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles this under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Usage data: pages visited, time spent, device type, and browser — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools to improve our service.
We use your information to: deliver your personalized sleep program, send you plan-related emails and updates, process and manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and improve our product through aggregated analytics.
We do not use your quiz answers or health information for advertising profiling.
We never sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the service: our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider, and analytics platform. All third parties are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
We use cookies for session management (keeping you logged in), security, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Email and purchase records are retained for 3 years for billing and legal compliance. Quiz answers and program data are retained for 1 year, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@dailywell.world. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR: the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is performance of a contract (delivering your program) and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
