These Terms of Service govern your use of DailyWell (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the personalized sleep wellness programs we provide. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these terms.
Health Disclaimer
DailyWell is a wellness education program. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your sleep routine, especially if you have a diagnosed sleep disorder or any underlying health condition.
DailyWell delivers personalized sleep protocols based on your quiz responses. Our programs are evidence-informed wellness guides designed to help you build better sleep habits. Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals.
DailyWell plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. Your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@dailywell.world. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
If you complete the program as directed during the first 30 days and do not experience any improvement in your sleep, we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, email support@dailywell.world within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Your DailyWell subscription is for personal use only. You may not share your account credentials, redistribute program content, resell access, or use the service for commercial purposes without our written permission.
All content on DailyWell — including program materials, protocols, copy, images, and software — is the intellectual property of DailyWell and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Wellness results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific health outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
